Welcome

MI Diamonds, LLC (“MI Diamonds”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates as a private-client fine jewelry

concierge, offering a discreet and bespoke experience for discerning clients across the United States.

Rooted in a heritage of trust, craftsmanship, and refined luxury standards, MI Diamonds, LLC is

committed to delivering an elevated, transparent, and tailored jewelry concierge service. These Terms &

Conditions outline the policies, obligations, and expectations associated with the use of our website,

services, and products. We encourage all clients to review them carefully.

Our Services

MI Diamonds, LLC provides a curated selection of fine jewelry and concierge services, including but not

limited to:

• Diamond and gemstone sourcing through trusted suppliers

• Fine jewelry sales, including ready-to-ship and in-stock pieces

• Bespoke and custom-designed jewelry

• Virtual and in-person consultations

All services are offered subject to availability, approval, and at the discretion of MI Diamonds, LLC.

Private Client Concierge Experience

MI Diamonds, LLC operates with a discreet luxury concierge model to ensure a refined and personalized

client experience. Access to our services is extended to clients who value exclusivity, craftsmanship, and a

private jewelry procurement process. We reserve the right to accept or decline clients at our sole discretion

to preserve the integrity of our service and experience.

Consultations

Consultations (virtual or in-person) are offered as a courtesy to both new and existing clients to assist with

the selection, sourcing, and design process. At this time, consultation fees are not required; however, MI

Diamonds, LLC reserves the right to introduce consultation fees or booking deposits in the future.

Consultations do not guarantee product availability or acceptance into our concierge sourcing process.

Custom Design Process

Clients engaging in custom jewelry design will participate in a collaborative process that includes concept

development, stone sourcing (if applicable), design renderings, and final approval. Custom designs require

client approval prior to production. Once a design is approved, the piece will enter production and no

changes may be made. All custom pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted. Variations in metal tone,

slight stone size differences, or artisanal nuances may occur and are considered part of the handcrafted

nature of fine jewelry.

Design Approvals & Revisions

MI Diamonds, LLC provides up to two (2) rounds of design revisions as part of the custom design

process. This may include adjustments to the design concept, measurements, stone selection, or aesthetic

details. Any additional revisions beyond the initial two (2) will incur additional fees at the discretion of MI

Diamonds, LLC, and must be paid in full prior to continuation of work. Once the client approves the final

design in writing (email, text message, or electronic signature qualifies as approval), the design is

considered final, locked, and non-refundable. Production will begin immediately thereafter.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD). Pricing for custom and concierge services varies depending on

selected materials, gemstones, market fluctuations, and design specifications. Quotes provided are valid

for a limited time and are subject to change until payment is received.

MI Diamonds, LLC currently accepts the following forms of payment:

• Zelle

• Credit Card

• Check

• Wire Transfer

Credit card transactions may be subject to a processing fee. All payments must clear before any product is

shipped or before production begins on custom orders. MI Diamonds, LLC reserves the right to refuse any

order where fraud is suspected or where payment terms are not honored.

Deposits for Custom & Concierge Orders

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any custom jewelry order or to secure gemstones

selected through our concierge sourcing service. This deposit covers initial labor, design development,

sourcing time, and supplier commitments. Once paid, the deposit is strictly non-refundable under all

circumstances, including cancellation or change of mind. The remaining balance must be paid in full

before release, shipment, or delivery of the finished piece. Failure to pay the remaining balance within the

timeframe provided may result in delays and/or forfeiture of the order at the discretion of MI Diamonds,

LLC.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the bespoke and intimate nature of fine jewelry and private concierge services, all sales are final.

MI Diamonds, LLC does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products or services, including:

• Custom jewelry

• Ready-to-ship or in-stock items

• Sourced gemstones

• Deposits or payments made

This policy ensures the exclusivity, hygiene, and integrity of fine jewelry pieces and the private-client

experience.

Production Timelines

Custom and made-to-order jewelry typically requires an estimated 3–6 weeks for production once the

design has been approved and the deposit has been received. Timelines may vary based on design

complexity, gemstone sourcing, seasonal demand, or supply chain factors. MI Diamonds, LLC will

communicate estimated timelines with clients; however, all timelines are estimates and are not

guaranteed. Any delays outside our control do not entitle clients to a refund, cancellation, or

compensation.

Shipping, Delivery & Insurance

MI Diamonds, LLC currently serves clients within the United States only. All shipments are sent through

trusted carriers and may require signature upon delivery. Clients are responsible for providing an accurate

and secure delivery address. Once tracking information shows the item as delivered, MI Diamonds, LLC is

not liable for loss, theft, or damage. Insurance during transit may be included or offered at an additional

cost depending on shipment value. MI Diamonds, LLC strongly recommends adding insurance to protect

your purchase. Any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery or while in the possession of the client is

the full responsibility of the client.

Warranty

MI Diamonds, LLC provides a 1-year limited warranty on all fine jewelry pieces from the date of

delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches, dents, or surface damage

• Lost stones after delivery

• Damage due to improper care, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or resizing

• Exposure to chemicals, extreme force, or misuse

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, MI Diamonds, LLC will repair the piece at no cost. If the issue is

not covered under warranty, any repair work, if possible, will be quoted and billed to the client. Clients are

encouraged to add their jewelry to their personal insurance coverage.

Diamonds & Sourcing Disclaimer

The diamond market is influenced by global supply, market value, and changing wholesale costs. Any

gemstone or diamond options presented to clients are subject to availability at the time of selection. While

MI Diamonds, LLC sources diamonds through reputable and trusted suppliers, we cannot guarantee price

matching, future value, appraisal outcomes, or investment performance. Clients purchasing gemstones

understand that values fluctuate over time; comparable options may not always be available; and holds on

stones cannot be guaranteed without deposit. Once a client approves and commits to a selected stone, the

purchase is final.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, clients agree to the following:

• Provide timely responses to design approvals, gemstone selections, and invoices

• Review all renderings, specifications, and details carefully before approving

• Confirm ring sizes and custom measurements accurately

• Communicate respectfully and professionally throughout the process

Delays caused by client response times, indecision, or requested changes may result in extended timelines.

MI Diamonds, LLC is not responsible for production delays caused by the client. Should a client

repeatedly delay approvals or communication, MI Diamonds, LLC reserves the right to pause or

discontinue services.

Privacy & Data Protection

MI Diamonds, LLC respects the privacy of all clients and visitors. Personal information collected through

this website, consultations, or during the purchasing process—including, but not limited to, names, contact

information, design preferences, and images—will be used solely for providing services, processing

orders, and enhancing the client experience. Personal information will never be sold or shared with third

parties, except as required to fulfill an order (such as with shipping carriers or suppliers) or if legally

obligated. By engaging with our services or submitting information through this website, you consent to

the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy & Data Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, branding elements,

product photography, and custom jewelry renderings, is the exclusive property of MI Diamonds, LLC and

is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No portion of this website or its content may be

copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent

from MI Diamonds, LLC. Clients are not permitted to share, replicate, or provide custom designs created

by MI Diamonds, LLC to other jewelers or manufacturers for reproduction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MI Diamonds, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,

incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, purchase of products,

consultations, or services rendered. This includes, but is not limited to: website access or use; delays in

production or shipping; loss, theft, or damage after delivery; client miscommunication or failure to follow

care instructions; and market fluctuations affecting diamond value. Client agrees that the sole remedy for

any service or product concern shall be limited to those explicitly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any transactions or disputes arising from the services or products of MI

Diamonds, LLC shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida,

without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought within the state or federal

courts located in the State of Florida, and clients consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Amendments

MI Diamonds, LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time

without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the

revised terms. We encourage clients to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
